Recent work

Newly published, Stoat Poetry Issue 1, Spring 2026, edited by Ingrid Leonard, based in Kirkwall, Orkney. This includes three of my pieces, 'There was an orchard', 'Marbles' and 'Dandelion Parade', along with about fifty other contributors in a well-designed paperback. Earlier this year, 'At Cartmel Priory', a piece in the long-running journal Obsessed with Pipework 113 edited by Charles Johnson & Penny Sharman (Imbolc/February 2026), the magazine of 'strangeness and charm'. Both journals welcome submissions. 

Also recently published, in online journals, ‘Pierrot’ in Circle of Salt edited by Kelly Moyer (3 April 2026), ‘The Rhythm Machine’ and ‘Piccallili Variations’ in The Pi Review edited by John Whittaker (12 April 2026) and ‘Postcard’, a vignette, in The Other Bunny, edited by Johannes S.H. Berg (25 January 2026).
